Website and language selection
This policy applies to idrizovic.de and its German, English, Croatian, Slovenian and French pages. The language selector takes you to a separate language version and does not store your choice in the browser.
Hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address and the page requested is processed to deliver content and protect the service. Depending on the technical logging in place, further connection data, such as the time of access and information transmitted by your browser, may also be processed. Netlify is used to host the website and process data submitted through the form.
Contact form
When you use the form, your name, email address and message are processed, along with your company name if you choose to provide it. Form submissions are transmitted and stored through Netlify Forms. The data is used to handle your enquiry and reply to you. Technical data may also be processed to deliver submissions and prevent spam.
Contact by email and telephone
If you email or call us, we process the contact details and information you provide to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry. Email and telecommunications providers are used to transmit these communications. Recipients may include the service providers used for hosting, form processing and communications.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries relating to a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries, the provision of the website and the protection of its operation are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are maintaining an accessible and secure website and handling business communications. The required fields in the form are needed to handle your enquiry; your company name is optional. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or telephone.
Retention periods
Retention periods depend on the purpose of the processing. Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them, maintain any resulting business relationship or comply with statutory retention obligations. Once these purposes and obligations no longer apply, the data is deleted. For technical access data, the necessary retention period depends on the hosting provider's requirements for delivering and securing the service.
Processing outside the EU
When Netlify is used, data may be processed in the United States and other countries outside the EU. In its Data Processing Addendum, Netlify describes the EU–US Data Privacy Framework as its primary transfer mechanism where applicable, and EU Standard Contractual Clauses for cases where that mechanism does not apply. Details of the safeguards described by Netlify and how to obtain information about them are available in the provider information linked below.
Cookies, analytics and external content
This website does not include analytics or advertising scripts, external fonts or embedded maps. We do not use cookies or local browser storage for language selection. Images are served with the website. The form uses a hidden field to prevent spam and does not load a reCAPTCHA interface.
Encrypted transmission
The website is intended to use HTTPS for data transmission. Use https://idrizovic.de when opening the contact form. An encrypted connection protects data transmitted between your browser and the web service.
Your rights
Where the legal conditions are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR. Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, please use the contact details provided above. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

For the business address in Schkeuditz, the Saxon Commissioner for Data Protection and Transparency (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte) is one authority you can contact.
